  • Safely use real woodworking tools
  • Sand, drill, and assemble projects
  • Follow step-by-step building plans
  • Solve problems and work independently

Each week, students complete real projects they can proudly take home and use.

This program builds:

  • Confidence
  • Concentration
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fine motor development
  • Respect for tools and materials

Why Woodworking for Children?

Woodworking is one of the most powerful hands-on learning experiences for children. When children work with wood, they develop:

Independence – Children take responsibility for tools, materials, and their work.

Focus – Working with tools naturally encourages concentration and patience.

Practical Skills – Children learn real-life skills such as measuring, planning, and building.

Confidence – Completing a real project builds pride and self-confidence.
